Alissa’s first time at the beach

We went to Ocean beach today since the weather was so nice. I didn’t think Alissa was going to be a huge fan of the water based on her reaction to the pool a few weeks back but I thought she might like the sand. Well, as it turns out, the only thing she really likes is the wind in her face. She was kinda so-so about the warm sand near the steps. And she was really not happy with the cold wet sand near the water. I’m not sure if it’s the cold or the loud roar of the waves. After a while, she didn’t really mind it that much, however, much like the pool, I felt like she just tolerated it. I think we’re going to have to get her in some swim lessons sooner rather than later so she doesn’t develop a phobia. Anyway, here are some pictures from the trip.
