Parks and Snow and More Parks
By jason, January 22, 2011 on 8:58 pm | In alissa | No CommentsIn between trips to the park recently, we took the kids up to see snow for the first time over the long weekend.
Kids in snow gear just expand horizontally. And our kids aren’t all that tall to being with so we basically end up with spherical looking kids

It took a while for them to get used to the slippery and cold white stuff, but eventually, they enjoyed playing in it.

They didn’t like the sledding part all that much so the adults took advantage.
The other highlight of the trip was probably exploring and playing in “Uncle Alan’s” cabin. These animals were a big hit along with the stairs.

Fun isn’t free of course, so we put them to work sweeping the back porch.
Alan and I did manage to get away for a day of snowboarding too.

We’ve also been to no less than three different parks recently. Granted, we have a million pictures of the kids in parks, but here are a few highlights anyway.
